Cylinder Lenses
Cylinder lenses are used to focus the light to a line or change the ratio of the width and height for the image. The focal length of the plano convex cylinder lens is positive ,which is made of one flat surface and one convex cylindrical surface. The focal length of the plano concave cylinder lens is negative, which is made of one flat surface and one concave cylindrical surface.
